Time is one of the most profound gifts an engineering or computer science graduate can make to UIC.

The college offers multiple ways for alumni to volunteer time to help the school, including:

  • Serving on an alumni committee
  • Judging Senior Design projects at the UIC Engineering Expo
  • Being a mentor for an undergraduate student
  • Speaking or informally presenting to a class
  • Working with one of our student organizations
  • Welcoming students on a “site visit” to your company’s offices
  • Listing an internship or job opportunity at your organization that would welcome applications from UIC engineering or computer science students
