Samantha Melchiori is the Caterpillar Services Marketing & Strategy Manager in Global Mining. She is currently in the process of completing her MS in business analytics from UIC and holds bachelor’s degrees in fine art and engineering from Wellesley College and UIC, respectively. Samantha has extensive experience with Six Sigma, new product development, product and business strategy, digital and product innovation, and lean startup methodology. She applies vision, creativity, and business acumen to problem solving to deliver measurable results and thrives in highly collaborative, interdisciplinary, innovative team environments.
